Teacher Certification Exam Successfully Held at Hədəf Companies Group!

On April 6, 2025, the Professional Qualification and Pedagogical Innovations-based Certification (PQPI) exam for the 2024/2025 academic year was successfully organized by Hədəf Companies Group. The purpose of the exam was to assess the knowledge and skills of teachers working within the Group, as well as to raise their level of professionalism.

The pedagogical staff of Hədəf Courses and Hədəf STEAM Lyceum participated in the exam. The certification process was conducted in both Azerbaijani and Russian sections. In total, questions were presented across 26 subjects – 16 in the Azerbaijani section and 10 in the Russian section.

The exam questions covered two main areas: subject knowledge and methodology. Additionally, questions related to the Hədəf concept were also included. This approach aimed to evaluate the extent to which teachers are integrated into the teaching model applied in Hədəf educational institutions. The questions were professionally prepared and presented to participants by the Trial Examination Center.
